Bloganuary – What colour describes your personality and why?

Immediately, I think of PINK. It’s my favourite colour and reflects who I am as a person pretty well, I think.

I think Pink is very feminine. Light, bubbly, sweet, girly. I think of pink and I think of marshmellows, bubble baths, candy, cupcakes, warm hugs, unexpected – but really sweet – kisses on the cheek, and the comfort of pink walls in my bedroom as I was growing up.

I’m drawn to pink things in stores and if given the choice, I always choose “The pink one” for items I’m buying – particularly with stationery or office supplies. If there is a pink option for gameboard pieces, I’ll pick that one. It’s a pity more game pieces don’t come in pink. So disappointing!

Being girly and sweet is the core of who I am as a person, so pink definitely reflects that. I like that pink can also be a range of colours which reflects the range of emotions and states of being I find myself in. Pink can be a soft, sweet pastel colour or a rich vibrant bright colour. It can look incredible in a ‘loud’ pink against black and can also look very feminine and sweet as a blush pink. Just like me. I can be delicate and sweet or I can be your biggest headache πŸ™‚

Alun’s so lucky to be married to me, eh?
