Today’s is: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO ACHIEVE THIS YEAR?
So many things – as always. But! For today’s blog, the main thing is for me to lose weight so I can feel comfortable in my body.
Newsflash: Being overweight is really, really uncomfortable 😕 my knees ache, my lower back hurts, and I’m constantly out of breath/wheezing because my body isn’t meant to be this weight.
Psychologically, it’s having a negative impact on me, too. I feel ashamed and ugly…so I decline social invites and miss out on time with my friends. This has to stop.
Every day, I need to choose the healthier option. Not just with food, but with walking to the store instead of catching the train one stop and with standing/walking more in the day rather than sitting for 8-10 hours.
I’ve done it before…I can do it again.
