Laps of the rose garden: 11 omg the heat! Spring is getting warmer by the day, I swear. I went around the garden with 90’s hiphop in my ears which made it seem easier somehow.
Water: 500mls. I know…poor effort. It’s only 12:29pm so I’ll try to drink more this afternoon.
Food: 1 meal replacement shake, a handful of dried noodles . Lol. I’ll have another shake at 2pm then either a salad or another shake at 6pm.
I keep thinking any day now, I’ll miraculously lose 10kgs but it’s only day 4 and I can’t expect to see results for another 3-4 weeks yet. Boooooo.
