Camilla D&E (diet and exercise) Day 1

Ughhhh day one!

I weighed myself yesterday and my mouth dropped open at the 85kgs (!!!) where the red arrow on the scales seemed nervous to pause at. I yelled at it, like it’s the scales that are at fault, not me. Hmph.

For my height, I’m supposed to weigh 50-55kgs. Omg.

This huge weight gain has to end. Now.

So today is Day 1 of Optifast meal replacement shakes (3 every day) and 30 minutes of exercise every day.

I plan to exercise (God help me) by walking as many times around the rose garden at work as I can during my lunch break (Only managed 5 times today. Such a pathetic effort) then walk home from Maylands which is a 15-20 minute walk home, rather than catching the train 1 further stop to Meltham – which is across the road from our cottage.

I felt so heavy today and was out of breath in just moments. It was awful. I already feel like giving up.

  3. That sounds great, but also really bad. At lest you have a good place to do it.

    1. Lol yep – it’s both “great” (yay me, starting a healthier lifestyle) and IT SUCKS (booooooo no tasty food for ages and exercise isn’t fun…yet).
