"I get knocked down, but I get up again"

I emailed my “production team” 4 days ago asking for an update on how my Memoir was going. I knew from previous emails that it would be a few months until my book passed the “editing phase” but today an Editor responded to my inquiry saying the editing process “could take 9-12 months” 😳

Oh my days.

Then there’s the book cover and actually printing it…I opted for a paperback as I love being able to bend a book as I’m reading it…and *whispers* it was the cheaper option as I’m paying towards the printing costs.

This is such a longggg process.
